Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it online or in-branch within 14 days of purchase. For in-branch returns, please provide the digital invoice or order number.
Online returns
• To start the online return process, visit the “Orders” section of your account and submit a request to return your purchases.
• You can return your online purchases within 14 days, and the return process is usually processed within 2-5 days.
• If returnable products are purchased together with non-returnable products, the entire invoice becomes non-returnable.
• For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be returned to the customer's account within 3-7 business days.
• If you want to exchange returnable online purchases, you can return them in the branch or online, then purchase the desired product. Return in branch
• You can return branch purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase in all countries except Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, where the return period is limited to only two days.
notes for returning orders
• Shipping fees, if any, and COD fees are non-refundable.
• Products must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased: unused, unscratched, and in their original, salable packaging.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was made when making your purchase.
